金鶯隊陳偉殷台北時間16日對費城人隊先發，投出一場精采好球，先發8局被擊出4支安打沒失分，終場金鶯4比0擊敗費城人，殷仔拿到本季第3勝（4敗），費城人連2場遭完封，苦吞7連敗。
陳偉殷用106球（75好球）先發8局，這是殷仔本季第2次投8局，上次是4月26日對紅襪之戰，不過那一戰陳偉殷沒拿勝投；單場9次三振，也是本季第2次，上次是6月5日對太空人之戰。
這場比賽因天候不佳，延後半小時開賽，陳偉殷4局上被Cesar Hernandez偷點，「點」出第1支安打，不過隨後Maikel Franco擊手一壘方向滾地球，殷仔快速補位，製造一次精采的雙殺，化解危機。7局上Cesar Hernandez一上場就敲二壘打，但陳偉殷連續三振接下來的3名打者，表現精采。
費城人隊8局上Chase Utley一上場就敲安打，但他衝二壘時遭觸殺，接下來Cody Asche又擊出安打，不過陳偉殷還是穩下陣腳，沒失分，投完8局退場，第9局由Zach Britton接手，讓費城人三上三下。陳偉殷拿到勝投，防禦率從賽前的3.21降到2.89。
費城人隊先發投手Aaron Harang前4局表現優異，金鶯隊直到5局下2出局之後，Travis Snider、J.J. Hardy連敲安打，才攻下第1分。
金鶯隊6局下Jimmy Paredes先敲安打，Chris Davis獲保送，Matt Wieters轟出3分全壘打（本季第2轟），以陳偉殷此戰的表現，Matt Wieters轟3分彈之後，勝負已定，Aaron Harang先發6局失4分，吞敗投（4勝8敗）。
